What is a request?
A successful call to the API. Errors caused by our servers do not count. Heavier APIs (PDF, screenshot) count as several credits, as shown on each page.
What happens when my quota runs out?
The API answers with status 429 and a link to this page. If you have purchased credits, they take over automatically.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from your account. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then you return to Free. Your purchased credits remain usable.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; no VAT is currently charged (activity below the Swiss registration threshold). An invoice is issued for every payment.
How can I pay?
Card, TWINT (CHF), SEPA (EUR), Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. We never see your banking details.
Is my data stored?
No. The content of your requests is processed, then forgotten. Only the date, endpoint, status and duration are logged for 90 days, for your dashboard.
